Subject: item update

Thank you Debbie.  What happens if the product is updated at other sites but the update never makes it to Renderosity?  Do I have the option to request a refund and re-purchase the item at the site where it is updated? I am not receiving responses from the vendor since my initial inquiry in early December, so I would guess I need to explore other avenues of obtaining the updated product.
