And once again, this issue is about Renderosity, a business, offering a discount to NEW customers so that their business can continue to grow and generate money.

It's a perfectly valid and well used business tactic used by thousands of companies every single day be it in the USA or Russia!

Sorry you are having a problem grasping that concept of business. Perhaps if you were in a position of actually running a business you would understand that concept more. A business can't exist unless it is constantly generating a new customer base. That's a hard cold fact of the business world.
