The most used female figure in Poser used to be Victoria 3, this is about to switch to Victoria 4. Both figures are available from Daz, they are not part of Posers standard install.

There still is a Download at CNet with the four of the base figures of DAZs version 3 models, so you don't need to spend money for the base figures. But they mostly come without the morph packs.

The "Girl next door 2" needs Victoria 3 to work, the base figure is enough, since Blackhearted made his own morphs. Victoria 3 is included in the download below too.

If you use Windows:
The models (exept for the DAZ ones, which come with an .exe installer) are supplied as .zip file. Usually this includes a runtime folder, which you should move in your main runtime, or your download runtime, or any other runtime folder you may have created. You will find the stuff in the library then.
