The problem is solved thanks to the hardworking people in this thread ;)

The only small thing missing in the PZ2 file was a ":1" missing by the end of every line that has the word Actor in it.

A small but fatal difference.

They ought to correct it in Poser format exporter for D|S i thk.
Since my PZ2 file was generated with that utility.
