I see you have nice bright orange containers for your bits. in the center left you can see the addaptor that would fit them to a drill or dremel tool. As for the bit themselves, I am not quite sure. You have some standard screw bits on the right side, but in the middle and left it gets a bit more exotic. I will hazzard a guess that they are for leather or wood work, or even perhaps for etching metal and glass. Or I could be totally wrong...
