I see that TwoPynts noticed the latest WoE investigation and observed,

Yes ... those do a very good job of keeping the bits organized by size
and keeping them from running around loose or hiding in the tool bag.
There are another two pieces of plastic (not shown) that cover the
business ends of those bits.

Right ... those are just there ... part of the picture ... not actually part of the exercise. 

in the middle and left it gets a bit more exotic.

Yeah ... aren't they cute? 

I will hazzard a guess that they are for leather or wood work,
or even perhaps for etching metal and glass.
