I see that ColdWarTendencies gave the first correct guess,
tamper proofing
... and that girsempa gave an excellent answer by responding,
tamper proof security bit set
... even identified that both SAE and metric pin hex bits were present!
As these answers were just 2 minutes apart, I think we need a special ruling from TwoPynts about what to do next ... ???
Perhaps both ColdWarTendencies and girsempa could offer an especially evil joint submission. Just kidding ... maybe ...

p.s. The tool industry now calls this class of bits "Tamper Resistant" instead of "Tamper Proof" ... example#1, #2, #3 (snake eye bits)...
