Ok I had a play & this is my fit for Aiko 4 - default head.

Unhide the dials, as you will need yTrans & xTrans

xTrans = 2.85.72
yTrans = 16.136
Fit_Aiko = 2
Adj_forehead = 0.2
Adj_Neck = -0.434 (note neg)
Adj_FaceSide = 0.4

Incidentally, playing with this I noticed, if you scale A4 to 90% she is virtually the same proportions & body shape as A3.
