I had trouble this weekend, too. My Email was answered by Mon. with a possible solution to my problem (which did not work), so they tried something else. Finally the prob was solved (my anti-virus was not allowing Installer to open). Aunty Virus can be a pain in the Apps. Anyway, they were prompt and helpful all the way.
