i can recommend www.superb.net, which is where i host the 3 web sites i designed & manage. Their prices are pretty good for what you get, and their customer service is EXCELLENT. Very nice, sweet Canadians. i've been with them for about 4 years now. They have everything from cheapie ($9/mo, prepaid) with 50 MB web space, to reasonable ($19/mo, prepaid) with 200 MB web space, to humongous dedicated servers & e-commerce setups for a LOT more.
