*Since most conditions rely on the honesty of the person using it , its largly a waste of time , unless you are lucky enough to catch them at it . Ebay regularly has people selling freestuff bundles but claim the cost is for the time taken to collect them .

• I'm not too worried about small ripoffs by random individuals, most of the time their audience or customers aren't, or will never become my customers, or have already purchased the stuff they could afford, so there's no significant loss of revenue. Not of the magnitude that makes it worth wile trying to hound them down.  (Sort of like petty theft - it happens, and it's often cheaper to build those losses in the price of the item then it would be to try and prevent it)

I'm worried about legit sizeable companies taking the product, and then having no recourse. For example, no leg to stand on to issue a cease and desist notice.  I used to think, what are the chances of an actuall company doing this, my stuff isn't that great... Till it actually happened, and then I had no choice but to say yes... I agreed to commercial use.

My ideal 'commercial clause' would be something to the effect of... No royalties owed for the first few hundred dollars (perhaps $200-$500) Then as the amount of money increases, so does the royalty.
