*Since most conditions rely on the honesty of the person using it , its largly a waste of time , unless you are lucky enough to catch them at it . Ebay regularly has people selling freestuff bundles but claim the cost is for the time taken to collect them .
I'm worried about legit sizeable companies taking the product, and then having no recourse. For example, no leg to stand on to issue a cease and desist notice. I used to think, what are the chances of an actuall company doing this, my stuff isn't that great... Till it actually happened, and then I had no choice but to say yes... I agreed to commercial use.
My ideal 'commercial clause' would be something to the effect of... No royalties owed for the first few hundred dollars (perhaps $200-$500) Then as the amount of money increases, so does the royalty.
