carrara changes the frame count when one changes the frame rate, to keep total
time constant. but it does very smooth gif-animations (smooth colour gradations) IMVHO.
anyway, if some other video format is being used and the two videos are being displayed
at different rates (even tho they have the same frame rate), then it's some bit-rate limitation
of the graphics card AFAIK.
