My advise would be to follow h92o's last item re: commenting on others work...it's a 2 way street and this approach does work....in addition to pushing yourself to do the very best every time out.. ...

I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again
