@ BeastieBoi: I tend to agree; it's best to have the info parcelled out in bite size chunks.
To try and boil down squash's questions into simple answers...
Pro Pack is an older version of Poser. All the functions are included in later versions, so you're good to go on that score.
Victoria 3 is the base model which is used by the Elke package. Elke is a character set, not a model. The head and body morphs are used to shape Victoria 3. You'll need them to get the figure looking like Elke.

Morphs can be bought from DAZ: www.daz3d.com
