The things that won't work are:

Poser dynamic cloth
Poser dynamic hair
Python scripts
Poser node based materials.
Poser IBL lights

Poser oedinary lights won't worl too well out of the box, and would need quite a bit of adjusting.
While normal texture sets for Poser work in D|S, for best results the surface parameters need adjusting after applying the Poser MAT.
