when Smith Micro first took over Poser, i simply thought it was just poser's yearly change of hands. but my confidence in them has been waning since.

CL and eF had their faults but they did have a community presence and were open to feedback about the development of Poser.  what customers and merchants should be doing is pressuring them to get their #%@$ together as well as be more interactive with the community.

for the long-term good of Poser, we should all be doing what we can to help Daz|Studio development.  healthy competition in the marketplace promotes advancement as well as the best situation for the customer, and there is a fall-back if Poser dead ends.
