Ok. You are trying to upload the "Bahamas_StockP" zip file right?

If you look on the right side in the window there you will see that there is already a file there with that name.

Now it's possible that you started the transfer and stopped it and are now trying to upload it again. In which case just pick "Over write"

However, if that isn't your file on the right side... then you should rename the file that you have showing on the left, to something else.  Add (1) to the end of it or something.  And then right click it and pick "Upload".

That is quite a large file so it will take some time to upload. You will see the progress of it uploading in the bottom pane.
