Probably not.

You can see the file sizes of the file you are uploading and the file size of the uploaded ones. If they don't match, it's not uploaded.

It could be that you are being disconneced from the server or something. I don't know. I've never had that problem before.

You can try a differen FTP client and see if you have more success. Let me dig another one up for you.
