If Bryce 6.1 would be the last version of this software(but I don't think so!!!), I wouldn't change to an other one, especially not for rendering. The most modelling I do in Bryce and for special objects I use different other tools, like zbrush, hexagon etc. but the main-software stays Bryce. For me, I see no reason to change a good running team!!!:-)
