Sorry, yes, 'DDLs' is a typo - it should read 'DLLs'.
Hmm... I'm not sure what's happening. It kinda sounds like python versions or mis-matched or something. Out of curiousity, have you installed Python 2.4 on your system? (might be a registry key thing)
