If's not a glitch, it's a security feature. Ordinary users are not allowed to install programs, and that's what is happening here.
If this computer is not used by multiple users, you can turn of User Account Control, which is causing your trouble. But if it is, you'll have to start the Poser 7 setup in a different way:
That'll get Poser 7 installed just right.
Another tip, DON"T install Poser 7 under C:Program Files(x86) or C:Program Files (depending on your Vista version, 64 bit or 32 bit). Install it to a separate folder outside of the Program Files folder. Extra content you install will then always be available, even if you log on using another user name.
