Visit my tutorial section; there's a tut on a better method for modeling from scans. The principle is to map the scan to a rectangle prop, stick the rectangle prop in the head ('slicing' from ear to ear) and set the head's display mode to wireframe. Get the morphs from MorphWorld and be patient. Better still, learn how magnets work. It takes me on average about eleven iterations of a head before it becomes acceptable. I'd suggest shaping the head first, then work from the nose outward. If you're using Vicky, her eyes are tilted in a way which doesn't match most women. Either the Vicky2 'slant' dial or my 'eyefix' morph (in freestuff) can correct this. Come to think of it, the basics of modeling should be another tutorial...
