And yes, this .pyd file is compiled for Python v2.4. And likely won;t run with any other version of Python.
BTW, I'm going to flip-flop on the above... the correlation is indeed taking most of the time (not actually creating the morph, as I had supposed). I was misled by the speed things happened when the DrawAll() was still in the loop (which slows things to a crawl).
