reinstall Windows? (okay, okay - Computer Management -> Services, and hunt down/kill any iPod-related stuff there. Then go to Add/Remove Software and ditch any iPod stuff there. Then, you may have to take a trip through regedt32 for a bit...) I only use iTunes on the Mac (where removal is a drag and drop affair). Amarok works just fine for the iPod on my Linux boxes... dunno offhand if they have a Windows version of Amarok or not. > Quote - or the annoying 'update' notices we get every week? When it pops up next, go to the Tools menu - you can kill it in there. /P
