Single sheet, bi-fold, tri-fold? 1/4" bleed? There are as many different flavors of "brochure" as there are people who need them - need a bit more infor, I'm afraid, or whatever we'd give you most likely won't work.

Call a printer in your area - or better yet, the one who will be doing the actual printing - and get the specs from them.
