You can change the settings of the ocean object to get a very large ocean, not infinite, but pretty large. I suppose you could duplicate 2 or 3 more if you wanted to increase it even further. Change the scene scale in the realstic sky to 5 miles or more and raise the haze altitude and density to blur the horizon.
