Thanks Neyjour.  That clears everything up.  I do see now you're working with V4.  My suggestion (above) was the same as 'michy's' over at DAZ ...

I like the look of the hair product but the whole unhide dial thing seems really stupid to me and I don't think I want to be bothered.  I grabbed the script sometime ago when it came up here but haven't been so sorely tempted to purchase V4 yet.  So far I don't have any of these new DAZ models.
