That's weird. I would call the 800 number at Newtek and ask them what's going on. They were pretty helpful to me when I had a problem earlier. The programs are too expensive to just sit on the shelf. Wish I could help more but I'm too new myself to really dig in. I had to go to the Inside Lightwave 6 book to figure out how to load the plugin, couldn't find it in the manuals.
