Very good point by Willow! You would definitly not be able to access these parts of the forum whatsover if you were indeed banned. The forum staff are ALWAYS very prompt at replying to any concern that is brought to their attention. I think you have pre-judged the situation you were having. Let them know exactly what it is you are experienceing when you attempt to "upload" and I'm sure the problem can be resolved.
