Well... here's another update for that same shrinkwrap script.  This one finally fixes the min end cap for capsule wrapping, and I've finally figured out how to do the deformation unbaking I was after.  I was trying to remove world transforms while retaining the original morph deformations in the final shape.  If the deformations are removed, the final shrink shape needs to have the original morph settings in place before the shape is correct.  Anyway, now it's as I thought it should be....
