yep, it gets pretty darn nip... errr.... cold here =D  lowest i've gone through was about -70F - i dunno if it dropped below that, my thermometer broke.  it was a week of (hello) - cars weren't starting, and your skin froze if you were stupid enough to expose it.  I've broken metal (granted, it was cheap really thin metal) in the cold (oh, and vehicles...) and pondered why the heck i was outside.  this winter it got downright cold, too - with the wind.  all my house windows froze up with about 6 inches of ice on the INSIDE.  what a mess when it thawed!  (i have mold on my walls - am waiting for summer to solve the problem - or at least until i can open the windows.  no wonder i'm always sick =(  )

and why would the monkey have to be anatomically correct?  i can see a brass monkey holding up two brass balls... ok, spheres so it doesnt sound so dirty.. and its a shot from the waist up.  heck, it could be a FEMALE monkey looking puzzled cus she broke her partner's.... you know =D

oh my.... sorry, just got distracted - hubby's watching pretty woman - i just LOVE those black boots she has on when she tries to go shopping....
