The thrick with dynamic cloth is to not rely on draping. Start out with an unmorphed figure in frame 1, at zero pose, and set the pose and morph at frame 20 or thereabouts.
If the morph calls for shrinking (i.e.e when the morphted figure has a smaller waisted than the unmorphed figure), you could start out by scaling the X and Z dimensions of the figure to 80%-90% at frame 1, and back to 100% at frame 20.
Wardrobe Wizard will do the job, but in general, it isn't needed when dealing with dynamic cloth.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
