garyandcatherine - I'd always been worried about you what with the hiding in the brown paper bag along with a user name that, how can I put it politely, shows a certain confusion. But then who am I to speak - I've a picture of a small demon to represent myself and an obsession with a stone carving in Lincoln cathedral going on. I'd suggest some art therapy might be just what you need...
Take the shards of the shredded CDs from all the versions of Vue you've used and create a sculpture for your garden that reflects the sky. Then in a way Vue will have finally cracked realistic clouds. Of course you'd better shred every other CD from every other bit of 3d software you've ever used because they all cheat. Ray tracing, for example, often uses rays that come from the virtual eye and bounce off things. Thats how people thought light worked a few hundred years ago but ask anyone with even a few years of science lessons at school and they'll tell you thats wrong. Don't worry though because that just means you've more CDs for your new sculpture.
I'll be doing that myself just as soon as I get home - if it's any good I'll try and sell it. I will of course check with e-on that I'm allowed to resell destroyed Vue Installation CDs before I auction it for £££££
I'll miss Vue2
