read 'C. The user may:'
Quote - 1. install and use one copy of the Product on a single computer. The user may also makeand use a second copy of the Product on a home or portable computer provided that copy
is never loaded in the RAM of the home or portable computer at the same time it is loaded in
the RAM of the primary computer.
You can; provided that you uninstall the copy that is on the computer that you will be using in Hong Kong. Technically, it just means that you can't use the two copies at the same time on different machines.
