Tom - jes it is. the rail guard atop the tower should be about 3 feet high. taking a que from that the doorway on the house is at least 9 feet. The windows too could be a little smaller in proportion to the overall size of the house. - again  - it looks real good, so who am I to complain? All in all it's better than most people could do.
