My new computer from Dell came equipped with Vista (Nov. '07) and I have had no problems running Bryce on it.  Only adjustment I had to deal with was going from Windows 98se on the other computer to Vista.  Took me 2 weeks to re-learn where everything now is.  The processors take care of renders very well...in fact I am able to do other tasks while an image is rendering without any problems.
