Well, last couple of months, latest patch and new quad core, Windows Intel, Vista 64 bit, 8 gig ram, FANTASTICALLY ******* better Vue fun, for me :)

Recent patches made it much more stable, new PC is vastly better. x10 render speed, I can chuck bazillions of things into a scene and have yet to get below 72% resources, etc.

I know some folk have really bad times, I suspect it's maybe hardware related, somehow, especially for MAC users, some of whom have rela bad times, oddly.

Good motherboards: ASUS, Asrock, or such (I'm a bit behind that curve nowadays); good vid card (think Nvidia 8600's are best at moment for Vue), having a dedicated PC just for art (keep games etc on another machine)...works good :)
