Maybe I am missing something here - but I do have a Mac Pro 8-core with 4 G of RAM and I have to tell you, I have never seen Vue this stable and fast !

I have seen reports of sluggish interface on Mac before, but I have yet to see it on mine.

Is that something that happens immediately when you run it ? or over time ? or after a certain action maybe ?

I am running Vue Infinite with the latest beta.

As for bashing... well... it is one thing to say you hate a software because it didn't work well for you and another to bash a company for it. If Vue did not work on mine, I would be frustrated too to spend that much money on a machine or a software and have it not work in the end.
