Subject: Order #: 111390735 Download issue with one file

I sent an email in on this issue and awaiting a reply, but I was interested to see if anyone has some tips for downloading purchases.

I have two downloads in my order, the part 2 of 2 zip file downloaded just fine. The part 1 of 2 stops at the same place every time.

I have tried clearing temp internet files, multiple computers and both IE, Firefox. They all stop at the same place.

Anything else I can try while I wait for a response?

I've replied to your email letting you know that I've reset the download but if you continue to have problems you'll need to contact the vendor for product support

I've tried a couple of more times with no luck. So, I've sent the vendor a message yesterday. Waiting to hear back from them now.

Good news. I was able to finally get it downloaded from a fifth computer I tried on today. I had sent the vendor another message this morning, which I see they have read both of them. However, I never did hear from them.

So, I'm not sure if they did something or not . . .
