If you used the existing Aiko CR2 as a base it will have contained preset bends in the legs. Did you edit out these presets? If they are left in they tend to give the effect you are experiencing when you conform the boots to the figure.
The existing Aiko CR2 will have contained IK chains. Again if you are using that as a base how did you remove the IK chains. It is not sufficient to just remove the IK lines in the "figure" section. Other lines need to be edited in the actor parts also. A more sure fire way is to delete them using the Poser hierarchy window.
If you feel it will help and are able to email me the files I will be very happy to take a look at them. In that way I'll be able to see exactly what you have done and be able to give accurate information.
