Here's a trick which might save you having to remodel: Load Aiko and zero her completely as Phil described. Better still, import her OBJ geometry file (with all options unchecked). Then load the boots but don't conform them. See if you can pose the boots so that they fit the zeroed Aiko. Then export them and use the exported file as your new geometry.
