I've struggled with the same problem. Having done  quite some Biblical scenes, I find each of them another challenge, since the content usable is hard to find at times. Adam and Eve in this render are wearing Kente / Tribal Clothing sold at DAZ, but with . I found them to work well for scenes like these, I just replaced the original textures with different materials.

This image was after they ate from the fruit. For the naked scenes I always make sure they're behind objects like bushes that hide parts of their bodies.
