Here's the terms and conditions for all of the freebies I have ever made.
That way, I don't have to give a crap if you sell it, or any derivative of it, or any renders made from it.
BUT - if you do distribute the meshes, textures, or any direct derivatives of the stuff I made (e.g. the 'binaries'), you yourself have to abide by the same license... which means that if you use a freebie of mine in a product of yours, I get a free copy --on demand-- of the meshes and/or textures, including any alterations that you made to them...
...and so does everyone else.
'course, renders made from them are still fully copyrightable (just like any document produced and saved in a GPL'd word processor is fully copyrightable and not subject to the GPL itself).
