Morning Globo, if your image gets blurry in close ups, I don't believe that you can do much to change that.  What you need is a better texture map (these texture maps vary all over the place from low, mid, to high resolution.

Now that said, you can change the texture of any body part to anything (from rocks to automobiles to planets).  You can change bump maps of any body part to anything.

For areolas,  Its rumored that there are a "few" sites on the web that "may"  have close up details of the subject area, I'm told that you simply down load a picture, cut out the area and apply it to your texture map and SAVE it as a DIFFERENT NAME.  Then in the materials' Room, apply your .jpg to the diffuse color channel and bump channel.
