What? No way, that's all it is? Yep that's all it is.
I take your texture and raise it to the power 2.2. I then do the lighting, adding together the diffuse and specular node outputs. Then I take that color to the power 1/2.2.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
