Why spend money on doing that, when you can do it this way:
Poser7=>DazStudio=>Max or Maya via collada import export.
Collada and D|S are free.

I've done Poser7=>DazStudio=>Max a few dozen times.  Not about to sopend $200 bucks to have Poser hosted scene, so that whenever I want to edit the character, I have to switch back to Poser. (I gather all they've done is purchase body studio and made it part of Poser Pro)
