Right click on image thumb - Open with - Choose program.

There select  Windows picture and fax viewer and check the box "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file ". Click OK and that should be it :)

But why dont you D/L free "Irfan view", its excellent picture viewer among allot of other options :)
