On a semi-related note, I have found a program called PhotoMe that will allow you to copy the EXIF data from one photo (for example, an original photo with embedded EXIF), and paste it into another photo that doesn't have any EXIF data (a resized/edited photo). This is useful to me since I use an old version of Paint Shop Pro that does not support EXIF information. I am not familiar with Photoshop and Lightroom, so I don't know if they will allow you to "add" the EXIF data after the file has been exported/saved. If not, PhotoMe will allow you to add the EXIF data to your "Save For Web" photos assuming you have the originals to copy the EXIF data from. PhotoMe is freeware.
