The reason I think I'm going to get it is that it works with PS 7, CS2 and CS3. It exports to CS3. I have been futzing around with it and just for the lighting alone I think it's worth it. I have CS3 extended but it only allows you to import the model and move it around, you can't work with lights and you can't re-pose the model if you don't like the way it looks.
