Here's my version: For me, in the original,  the sky was bright and colourful, whilst the buildings were a bit gloomy, so my aim was to try and unify them.

Cropped/Resized: Cropping sky was an easier option than ground.
Gave the image a Graphite Sky render in Comic Life.
